  • Worked with Prof. K. Venkataraman, Director and an eminent scientist at the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune and obtained the Ph.D (Tech) degree in 1964 from the Bombay University.

Published over 250 research papers in reputed International Journals and contributed 4
chapters to books by International Publishers.

Supervised/ trained over 108 doctoral and several postdoctoral students in research, and
several of them are highly placed in R&D organization in India and abroad.

Active Consultant to several Indian Drug & pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.
